Refund policy

Please reach out to us BEFORE ORDERING if you have any questions about our products, including sizing and fit, to help minimize returns.  Minimizing returns is good for you, us, and the environment.

Atlantic & Western wants you to be happy and will gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery for refund to your original method of payment, minus the cost of original shipping and return shipping.  To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it – new, unworn and unused, with all tags and labels attached.  Returns that do not meet all of these criteria will not be eligible for a refund.   

 

Step 1

  • To start a return, please email us within 14 days of delivery at support@atlanticandwestern.com  with the subject RETURN, and include your Order #, the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason for your return.  Items send back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Step 2

  • If you return is accepted, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping lablel.  Please print it and attach to the package you are sending back.

Step 3

  • Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email if the refund was approved or not.  If approved, a credit for the purchase price of the returned item(s) minus the cost of original and return shipping will be refunded to your original method of payment.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
